    I wish i read the reviews before paying the agency fee of 500 pounds for a couple. Everything about this agency is just wrong. They are owned by the same company as Frank INNES. They are so ruthlessly selfish and greedy with the way they deal with their tenants. The way it works is that everything works to favour them and the landlord but NEVER the tenant. I paid 500 pounds immediately after viewing the property, they finally told me after 4 days of waiting that the landlord decided to go with me. Meanwhile they had my money and i could not pull out, if not i lose my 500 pounds. After waiting about 6 weeks and i kept pressurizing them for a date to move in ( even though they gave a date on the property advert!) They then turned round to tell me the property was no longer available as the landlord will not be moving again. So firstly, I waited 4 days after paying 500 pounds to find out who the landlord decided to go with! Why can't your company find out first who the landlord wants to go for THEN.... take your fees? I feel like i was held to ransom, because i could not pull out (if not lose 500 pounds) and yet they pulled out after 6 weeks of my waiting for a move in date, wasted my time and held on to my money for over 6 weeks. So....If i pull out I lose my hard earned money, if they pull out then NOTHING happens!! Your company is a disaster waiting to happen. Also a staff called Nisha was also rude and hung up on me. I emailed in to complain and no one even bothered to reply or apologise. This agency is all about money and nothing more.
