    Terrible service in the pharmacy. After waiting 20 minutes before asking where my prescription was I approached the counter to be told it hadn't even been looked at. 20 minutes before this I was told my prescription would be ready in 15 minutes. The pharmacists excuse...... 'Some prescriptions have been difficult' my answer 'Have you never heard of keeping the customer informed' Most people don't have time to just sit and wait in boots for their whole lunch hour to get a prescription. Since when did boots become so behind??? Well tesco win again!!
